NYON, March 30, 2018 - Media representatives with a valid FAME user account may apply for Accreditation and Media bookings via the media portal:
https://media.fame.uefa.com. The deadlines for the respective UEFA finals are as follows: for the UEFA Europa League final in Lyon, the UEFA Champions League final in Kiev and the UEFA Women's Champions League final in Kiev accreditation ends on May 4th 2018 at midnight.

Media accreditation requirements for club finals 2018:
All personal details and identification information must be valid, accurate and reflect entirely the information on the ID or passport you intend to use to collect accreditation devices.
Police screening by local authorities
The security regulations of the evens require a background screening of all accredited persons by the Ukrainian Authorities for the UCLF and UWCLF, and by the French Authorities for the UELF. Applicants are kindly requested to ensure all ID/passport details are accurate, and a picture in passport format is uploaded in the tab “Details” or “Picture”.
Proof of professional activity
Press, websites, and photographers: must upload in the tab “Documents” in your FAME profile a valid press card as well as latest working samples of their articles or published photos with author and date information clearly identified.
Media Freelancers (Press, Websites, Photographers)
Freelancers must upload a letter of assignment for the event in question and notify UEFA media services at email@example.com about the bona fide media organisation that issued the assignment letter, and re-confirm the function in case it changes.
Organisation or Function Changes
Changes of organisation, employment status or function must be notified to UEFA Media Services accordingly by sending a message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In light of the anticipated high media attendance demand, UEFA will apply the same criteria as in past seasons when approving or rejecting accreditation requests. Priority will be given to media who covered 2017/18 seasonal matches of the respective club competition. Only media with an updated professional profile will be considered (see above Proof of professional activity).
Frequency Clearance – Non-rights holders:
For the use of wireless cameras and microphones Non-rights holder applicants are kindly requested to send an email to email@example.com before April 20th 2018to inquire the respective frequency clearance procedure. Please note that frequency requests do not influence the arbitration process for attendance to an event and vice versa.
