ZURICH, October 3, 2018 - The FIFA Council will meet in Kigali, Rwanda, on 26 October 2018. The Council meeting will be followed by a media briefing with FIFA President Gianni Infantino. Please note that the agenda of the meeting will be published closer to the date of the meeting and the post-Council media briefing will be streamed live on FIFA.com.
The Federation Rwandaise de Football Association (FERWAFA) will handle the media accreditation process, which will be open until Monday, 15 October 2018, at 17:00 (Kigali time).
Media representatives interested in attending the media briefing may apply for accreditation by sending their applications via this email: firstname.lastname@example.org
The accreditation request should include the individual details of all applicants (including TV technicians), country, media organisation and one photo passport size.
All applications are subject to confirmation. Confirmation will not be on a first-come, first-served basis. Successful applicants will be notified and provided with further details including information on how and when to collect their accreditations. All applicants must be holders of their own press cards. It is a requirement before accreditation is issued.
Furthermore, please be advised that international applicants are responsible for securing their own visas (where necessary) to Rwanda.
