24 hours a day, seven days a week
As promised by the producers it will broadcast 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Kyrgyz citizens will be able to see the foreign sporting events (70 percent of time), and 30 percent will be local content. KTRK Sports Channel will be broadcast on all cable channels, as well as throughout the country. Coverage of the country will be 98 percent.
According to preliminary data, there will be a constant audience of more than a million people. Currently, the station has acquired the rights of several leagues: BBVA, Bundesleague, and will also broadcast the Olympic Games in Rio-2016. Negotiations are underway with other leading leagues.
Guests at the opening ceremony were impressed by the latest-edition of new equipment and by the design of studios, and sports journalists could not resist the temptation to take pictures of themselves in the new studio. By the way, the first guest in the new live broadcast studio was our famous athlete, Olympic champion in weightlifting Kanybek Osmonaliev.
“All the sports community in Kyrgyz Republic is very pleased to the big event - finally opened the sports channel on Kyrgyz TV. We wait this day!” said the head of the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports of the KR Sheyshenkul Bakirov who could not hide his joy.

“Regarding the printed version of the program it is till being negotiated. We will definitely broadcast live the most important events taking place in our country. Local championships in all sports will be broadcast both live and recorded.”
