SOFIA, August 30, 2010 - The famous Bulgarian sports journalist Rumen Paytashev, who has more than 30 years journalistic career, is true to his vocation - football.
He has written a total of 14 books on football. At a rcent book market in Bulgaria three of his latest books on the most popular sport in the world appeared. The “World Football Encyclopedia” is now in its 4th edition. In this Bible of the world football every fan or specialist can find a wealth of information from the world of football from A to Z - players, managers, teams, national federations, different championships, specific football’s terminology.
The second big book “Football - the history of the World Cups” is the whole history of the world championships from 1930 until 2006. The most interesting fact is that Paytashev also covers the world qualifiers, including their full statistic in all continents - this appeared for the first time at the Bulgarian book’s market. After every championship there is a special part for the Bulgarian national team with full statistic.
The final Rumen Paytashev’s book is “The eternal derby Levski - CSKA”, a history of the eternal derby-match in the Bulgarian football between the teams of Levski and CSKA from their beginning in 1948. There are full statistics of every game, full information and commentary. At the end the author makes a full statistical book of reference - the eternal ranking-lists of the players - matches, goals, scoring and missing penalty-kicks, and also of the managers and referees. The book has unique photos too.
