From Annecy 2018   

DURBAN, July 5,2011 - Prime Minister of France, Francois Fillon, has arrived early Tuesday in Durban and joined the Annecy 2018 bid delegation on behalf of the French public and government.

He headed straight into rehearsals with the team before joining Chantal Jouanno, Jean-Claude Killy and Charles Beigbeder for a series of meetings with members of the International Olympic Committee (IOC).

 Prime Minister Fillon, said:

“I'm delighted to be here in Durban with the whole Annecy 2018 team. I am here to give Annecy the full support of our government and the French public who are passionate about Olympism and wish to host the Olympic family in the heart of the Alps for Games that would be spectacular and would warmly welcome people from around the world.”
