Tuesday August 16.

while Amadou Ndiaye will compete in the 200m and 4x400m. The 4x400m relay team will
be led by Mame Fatou Faye, accompanied by Fatou Diabaye, Mariétou Badji and
Fatoumata Diop. Gueye was all bubbly ahead of the start of the track and field
“I am optimistic because my target is to make
the final. I am just recovered from a knee injury but I feel good now. I am
using this event to prepare for the All African Games in September where I also
plan to get a medal,” said Gueye the jumper.
Senegalese athletes will enter the fray on Tuesday.
